Sintrivani opened in 1958 as a family business and has remained part of everyday life in Kos Town ever since.
Over the years, the business has passed from one generation to the next. Each generation has brought new ideas and experience, while keeping the character of Sintrivani familiar to the people who have known it for years.
The philosophy has never been complicated. Guests should feel welcome, service should be warm and personal, and the atmosphere should make people feel comfortable enough to stay a little longer. That approach continues today, from the first coffee of the morning to food and drinks later in the evening.
More than six decades after opening, Sintrivani continues as a historic cafe in Kos and a family-owned restaurant in Kos Town. It remains a familiar meeting place for local residents and a genuine part of Kos for visitors discovering the town.
The town has changed over the years. The welcome has stayed the same.

Sintrivani sits directly across from the iconic “I LOVE KOS” sign, surrounded by the everyday movement and atmosphere of the harbour.
